This is to file a complaint before the District Magistrate of Cuttack u/s 16 & 17 of the Consumer Protection Act-2019 against the illegal and arbitrary rejection of 100s of consumer complaints by the DCDRC, Cuttack. 

01. That, The Interim Application No. DC/350/IA/9/2026 was rejected by the DCDRC, Cuttack violating the provision of section 36 & 100 of the consumer protection act-2019 taking false ground whereas other DCDRC are admitting and entertaining this type of application and providing remedies to the consumer by the DCDRC, Cuttack has rejected 100s of other consumers complaints illegally and arbitrarily and the complainant has reason to believe that the same has been done under a deep-rooted criminal conspiracy, intentionally dishonestly, fraudulently and for the wrongful gain and the deceitful means has caused injuries to the masses.

 02. That, The accused people have violated the provision of section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act-2019 which mandates for the compliance of the Principle of natural justice as to no one can remain unheard but nothing has been done by the accused people to comply with the same and the Interim Application was rejected on the drop of a hat and taking false grounds which proves that the accused people have not respect for the rule of law, directions of the competent authority(s) and courts and the guidelines of the apex court.

03. That the District Magistrate, being the competent authority u/s 16 & 17 of the Consumer Protection Act-2019, did nothing to go after the main accused people, even though multiple complaints have been filed against the same. 

04. That the complainants, being the legal practitioners, have reason to believe that nothing has been done to comply with the provision of CAP-2019, as the DCDRC, Cuttack, is running under the old statute.

 05. That nothing has been done to provide a VC mode of hearing to the legal practitioners as per the guidelines of the apex court
