Almost all the Police Station under the Kendrapara District Police have become the torture and extortion centre. 

The District Police have creatures the many Gangsters in the district and acting as a partner to murder and extortion money from the innocent people

The latest victim of the police atrocity and corruption is a furniture dealer who has been cheated by the IIC Jyotirmayi Sethi of the Nikirai Police Station but nothing has been done to register any FIR against the erring IIC by the district police department as these corrupt IIC are the money making machine for the department and governemnt.
