In OHRC the section oficer is passing orders and singing on it impersonating as the Chairperson by putting a blank papers on the order.

Corruption in OHRC.

In OHRC the section officer is passing orders and singing on it impersonating as the Chairperson by putting a blank paper on the order. the section officers are passing the order without any authority, power, and permission and the same is not authenticated by the Registrar as per section 43 of the regulation as the same is also done by the section officer.

The same section officer is also authenticating the same impersonating the Registrar of the OHRC as per the provision of section 43 of the Regulation of 1994 whereas the OHRC is running without any Registrar as the Secretary is acting as the Registrar. violating the constitutional provision of Article 50 which mandates for the separation of power from the Judiciary and Executive.

No orders are ever uploaded as per the rule of law, directions of the competent authority, and the guidelines of the apex court given in the case of State Bank of India Vs Ajay Kumar Sood-2021.

After issuing the notice u/s 80 of CPC the OHRC confessed that large scale forgery, tampering etc. are committed but it its saying that the same is “deficiency” which is nothing but the offense of cheating, fogery and forgery for cheating for wrongful gain.
