This is to file a complaint petition before the District Police complaint Authority, Bhubaneswar-UPD against the IIC, and ACP of the Pahala Police Station for inaction of police accused the accused XXX, S/o. YYY, having mobile No.XXXXX-XXXXX and one another accused Biswaranjan Nayak having mobile No.XXXXX-XXXXX even of the proper complaint was lodged on 23-10-2025 for the registration of FIR against the accused who have committed the offence of Rape and gang rape on the threatening and deceitful means and on the point of gun multiple times.

01. That, the complainant(s) have reason to believe that the Pahala Police station did nothing against the accused people who are continuously harassing the victim girl of age 21 Yrs. GGG , D/o. FFF of Jagatsinghpur , since last 1 years committing crime after crime of Stalking, Voyeurism, Assault, Robbery, Insulting the modesty of a woman, using criminal force to outraised the modesty of women, Obscene Song, Defaming by calling to the teachers, principle, bosses, managers and family members of the victim girls and wherever she is going, as the accused is the son of the ex. policemen.

02. That, the registration of FIR is mandatory if the report disclosed the cognizance offence but the officers of the Pahala Police Station are running the Organised Crime Syndicate of Paisa Vashooli Racket violating the “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” of the state and the direction of the PCO No. 110 of 2024. which mandates to curb the same, the Pahala police station is calling the accused of the gang rape and compelling the victim girl to agree with the accused people whihc proves that parallel office of the Extortion racket is going on under the very protections and supervision of the ACP who is not inspecting the police stations and submitting the report as per the PCO No.280-86.

So, take urgent cognizance into the matter, register the FIR provide security to the victims.
