This is to file an appeal u/s 5 of the Odisha Right to Public Service Act-2012 against the IIC of the Town Police Station, Bargarh, for not registering the FIR dated. 23-01-2026 of Shri Sukumar Nayak, which was filed using the CCTNS Registration no. 24494007072600012, thus violated the provision of Section 4 of the status.
01. That, he has made himself unreachable and unpriceable for the citizens and legal practitioners as he is not picking up the CUG Mobile Phone of the police station, which is 9438916506.

That, the complainants, being the legal practitioners of Orissa High Court, have reason to believe that 100 other FIR are also pending before the PS and the IIC is engaged in private work for wrongful gain as the is not replying to the RTI application filed before him, even if the IIC is the PIO of the PS.
Since the injury is caused to the aggrieved people, you are requested to take urgent cognizance of the matter and compensate the aggrieved adequately.
