Corruption Prevailing in the Bar Council India & State Bar Councils
It is a universal fact that the BCI and its corrupt-natured officers are considering themselves above the law and engaged in large scale misconducts, abuse of power, illegal acts, and omission and operation of the Paisa Vashooli Racket from all possible quarters and letter-pad law colleges.
The BCI or the State Bar Council cannot collect more than Rs.750/- as the enrollment fee from the law graduates but Rs. upto 42,000/- is collected in collussion with the State Bar Councils and taking its share from the collected bounty.
That, whoever or a Law Graduates are raising their voice against these illegl collection of money are given threatened by the Chairman of the BCI and the Secretary of the State Bar Councils.
